I’ve bought from this brand before and usually have a good experience, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this time the shipping has been way too slow, and I’m still waiting on my order. It’s frustrating because I like their products, but the delay definitely makes me hesitate about ordering again.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent ended up being way stronger than I expected. It has this weird sweet smell that just hangs around, and brushing my teeth turned into way more of an annoying little stress than it should be. I thought it would be fresh and clean, but nope. I tried using it a few times and finally gave up. Definitely not for me.

The return itself was easy and didn’t take much effort. I printed the label at home while drinking coffee, dropped the box off on my way to get groceries, and that part was totally fine. The only annoying thing was the refund took longer than I expected to show up. Not a huge disaster, just kind of slow.

I came in with a few honest concerns about recycling and wasn’t totally sure how to explain them clearly. After sharing what I’d actually experienced, the draft came together in a way that felt practical and easy to understand. It didn’t feel generic or overdone, just a straightforward way to turn real concerns into a clear message.

I was disappointed. They made it sound like my teeth would feel super clean afterward, but they still felt dirty when I left. Kind of frustrating when you’re promised one thing and the result doesn’t match at all...

It feels really smooth when I use it, which I do like, but it just doesn’t foam up much for me. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be or if I got a weird batch, and I’m not too eager to deal with customer service to find out. It’s okay, just not quite what I expected.

My package showed up completely crushed, and one of the items had leaked all over everything. I felt a little embarrassed even opening it because it was such a mess. Annoying, honestly.

I tried ordering from hello-products and the checkout was just not it. The site kept glitching, my cart changed on me twice, and then my promo code randomly vanished. I mean, the products looked fine and I was trying to give it a fair shot, but placing a simple order took way longer than it should have. Also, I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, which made the whole thing feel kind of sketchy. Maybe it was just a bad day for the site, but yeah, not a great shopping experience.

I got items I didn’t even order, and it’s frustrating. Someone clearly messed up, and now I’m the one stuck dealing with it. I don’t understand how my order got mixed up this badly.

I used this for a few weeks and, i didn’t see much of a difference. My teeth maybe felt a little cleaner after brushing, but looks-wise, they were basically the same. I was expecting more since it’s labeled as whitening, so yeah, kind of disappointing for me.

I also tried reaching out for help and the response felt like a copy-paste support reply, so that didn’t really make me feel any better about it...

I’ll admit I’m a bit picky when it comes to oral care because my gums can be sensitive, but this just didn’t work for me. After using it, my gums felt irritated and uncomfortable, so I don’t think I’ll be buying it again

I tried Hello mostly because the products are vegan and cruelty-free, which I really like. The toothpaste tastes fine, and the packaging is kind of fun. That said, it didn’t feel hugely different from regular toothpaste brands I’ve used, and the price can feel a little high for what it is. One thing that bugs me is that the ownership/brand situation isn’t super clear, and I wish companies made that easier to understand when they market themselves as more ethical. Overall, it’s decent if animal-friendly products are important to you, but I’m not totally blown away.

I was trying to check the ingredients, but the info just feels a bit vague. It kind of seems like they’re not making it as clear as they could, which makes me hesitant.

To be fair, every kid’s taste is different, but mine really couldn’t get past the flavor. I tried a few times and they kept refusing it, so we ended up wasting pretty much the whole thing. I was hoping it would work for us, but I’m disappointed.
